Refunds & Returns
At The Gifted Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please request the return at contact@thegitedlane.com
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped out or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the order has already been shipped out.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We can only refund custom orders in the event that a mistake has been made on our side. Please check your custom order details are correct before placing the order, as we will make your item exactly as you have requested.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 1-3 days.
